This is by far the best place to have your small machines serviced. Rob is fantastic to work with and delivers a "pride of workmanship" customer service model. The 4 stars comes from the service technician missing a specific part that I had asked to have fixed which forced me to wait an additional 2 days and require me to take additional time to come back to the shop and pick up the machine. Their shop rate is also quite high in my opinion, $100/hour. Despite all that, I will continue to bring my small machines to this business for service and also for purchases and maintenance of their quality equipment.

What an outstanding store! They are always so helpful on the phone and in person and very knowledgeable about the stock they keep. I run a landscape company and we exclusively order parts and buy equipment from them. Also, big thank you to Bonnie and Rick today for the extra help they provided in making sure I got the right machine

Bought an ignition coil for a chainsaw today. Put it on today and it did not work. Took it back about three hours later. They said that there was a sign posted that no return on electrical parts. Yes this is typical for parts stores. I did not want to return it, I wanted warranty. A manager said they would have to charge me to test it, as he was walking away from me. No questions as to what's going on, or showed no interest to the situation. I felt sorry for the parts lady that was helping me. She had gone in to his office for direction. I have been a licenced automotive, and heavy duty mechanic for over 40 years. So a multimeter for checking ignition coils is no stranger to me, have been using for years. When I retired I work a bite repairing small engines. It is not the $40 dollars that I have lost. It the total lack of respect that I received. I guess I'm just the stupid customer eh. This review process will only rate as low as one start to me it is 0 stars. Update 2018-08-23 Thank you Justin Kellock for your quick reply. Again this is not about the $40 for the ignition coil it is about the principal. Please post sign " NO WARRANTY FOR ANY REASON ON ELECTRICAL PARTS". That is the only way to advise your customers, there are other companies to buy the product.
