This is actually for steeze. In a condo complex, unless you pay for ice removal and or ice melt. It is not the property maintenance workers job to remove it. They are contracted to remove snow. I’ve worked in the industry for more then 10 years. The reason why they do not just openly remove ice and or put ice melt down, is two reasons. The first is, you likely did not pay for it, and companies do not work for free. Bags of ice melt cost money, chipping ice, takes time and costs money. The second is an insurance issue, if they just remove ice once, they are liable to do it every time, which means they lose money. Companies do not go into business to lose money. Now it is very regrettable that you’ve slipped, but if you wish for things to change, speak to your condo board, raise the issue that you would like to have them pay for ice removal. I can definitely assure you, if RimRock is being payed to remove ice, they would be doing so, it’s the law. If they are not paying for the ice to be removed. The condo board is responsible for you’re slipping several times.

Friendly bunch of guys who go an extra mile and take that extra step to provide quality service and workmanship. They have huge experience and are very reliable and easy to work with. They know their work quite well and best part was that they always strive to make things better for end customer. I would definitely hire RimRock Landscaping for other services and indicate them to my family and friends.

This company thinks it's just okay to use only a snowblower for sidewalks, I have slipped numerous times in my condo complex because the complete lack of ice chipping. Thanks rimrock, for your horrible service.
