I have worked for Para Space for 19 years as a Level 1 Mentoring Supervisor. They are extremely committed to training, education, people development and overall excellence in everything they do. A very innovative company that leads the way in the industry. There is plenty of room for advancement if you work hard and put in the effort. I believe it is the best landscaping company to work for in the lower mainland!

Para Space staff did a great job at my store, they arrived on time and good communication was made prior to starting the work. They did exactly what I wanted and made sure all was to my liking before there departure. I'm super happy!!!

Excellent place to work if you're willing to put in the effort and aren't afraid of hard work. You can climb the ranks and earn raises really quickly. Great work environment, they genuinely care about their employees. Tons of education and investments in professional development. Lots of fun events throughout the year and lots of swag given away!!

If your workers use unguarded blades with eye protection, do you think it wise they don't run it with pedestrians passing by? Are you looking for a lawsuit? Also it would be helpful if after making a giant noise to blow single leaves off a path or hedge trimming essentially nothing, that maybe you could sweep up afterwards - otherwise the entire apartment complex gets covered in grass and cuttings and trampled through the interior of the building.

Paraspace have provided horrible services in planting new trees around our complex. We needed new trees to be planted where the old ones were removed. In planing new trees Paraspace managed to remove another healthy tree without a permission and the new trees that they planted were awkwardly placed in the spaces where strata did not requested them initially. It was totally a botched job. REPLY: Sorry? You’re not sorry at all. It took you 4 months (!) to get back to our strata manager to explain why the tree was removed! And please don’t hide behind regulations. This is unfortunate that regulations allowing to remove healthy trees with a diameter of less than 20 cm. The strata council told me that they only approved PARASPACE to remove some BUSHES in order to make a room for new trees and there was no clear mentioning of any tall trees. What a professional and knowledgeable company would recommend to cut off a healthy and gorgeous 15 feet-high evergreen Holly tree that was growing in our strata property for 35 years(!) in order to make a room for a new 5 feet tree which will take another 20-30 years to grow?! Only a company like you, PARASPACE. This was totally counterproductive and a waste of our money!!! There is no room for amateurs in this business!!!
