Just completed yet another stunning transaction with Van Beek's. You can't go wrong here. Every person I have ever dealt with is just excellent. Even the delivery driver is fantastic. For more than 5 years, not a single negative aspect to a single thing delivered. Thanks a bunch, to everyone there. And again today (5 years after my initial review), ordered a delivery at noon, here 45 minutes later. Driver amazing, triple mix fantastic. So lucky we have a local business, that is so consistently excellent. Thank you!

I have been buying bulk quantities of mulch and gravel/stones here for a few years now because the prices are fair and service very fast. They don’t necessarily have as much product onsite as the Lower Baseline location, but this hasn’t been an issue for me yet. I docked them one star for the service desk, I’ve been there when they haven’t been the most professional. Last two times though it hasn’t been an issue so if it continues to improve I’ll move this rating up to 5 stars.

Probably the best place for your landscape needs. Friendly, attentive staff. Thanks for your help folks. :)

I have nothing but good things to say about Van Beeks! I experienced first class service and my contractor says the same. I got everythong I paid for at competitive rates and the customer service went above and beyond. I believe in good coustomer service along with quality products and therefore I will continue to use these guys for all of my garden needs. Thanks again!

Had a small project and needed 4 bags of limestone's screenings. The yardman was very helpful and put the bags in my vehicle. I only used 3 bags and tried to return the 4th as l have limited storage space. The bag was sealed, not touched, and still in the place where the yardman had placed it. They would not accept the return, no credit note. I said l would put it back myself as l had nowhere to store it. Told it was up to me. I put it back. I can understand a no return policy on loose items sand, soil, stone and suchlike. Mine was a sealed bag, not damaged and exactly the same condition as the ones on sale. The $ value small but the customer experience bad. I only have small projects but will never go back to Van Beek's.
