What MVP landscaping of Oakville located at 1481 Burnhamthorpe Rd E, Oakville, ON put me and my family through, will never be erased. Please do not let this snow removal company make you their next unhappy customer. MVP Landscaping of Oakville is currently under contract to do work on our private condominium residence. This company does a good job removing snow and cleaning around the property; a simple service that most snow removing companies are capable of doing. However it is MVP Landscaping of Oakville’s carelessness, dishonesty and lack of concern that have completely left me baffled and emotionally traumatized. On December 25th , I believe my brand new 2017 vehicle was hit by MVP landscaping of Oakville’s snow removal vehicle while they were on site removing snow, and I believe they caused significant damage. I believe they had damaged the front bumper and headlight on the left driver’s side. Although they did not take responsibility, it was clear to see how the car was damaged based on a clear yellow mark and an “L” shape that was engraved on my vehicle; the exact color and shape to match the type of machinery operated by this company. Property management was contacted, and they provided to me the name of the snow removal company. According to our property management, all information including pictures of the damaged vehicle was sent to MVP Landscaping of Oakville, and they were supposed to contact me to follow up with my damage report. 2 days had passed, and MVP Landscaping of Oakville never called nor even came to see the damaged vehicle. I then googled their phone number and called them. The lady who responded to my phone call was very uncooperative and completely denied the incident without inspecting the damage or hearing me out. After a long discussion on the phone, she finally said someone else was going to give me a call to come assess the situation. Three (3) days after, I finally received a phone call from the owner of the company Mr. Casey Moss. We had an okay conversation over the phone. According Mr. Moss, he wanted to see more evidence such as CCTV footage proving their guilt. Two (2) days later CCTV footage was provided to Mr. Casey Moss & MVP Landscaping of Oakville. On the footage, MVP Landscaping were captured working and operating a yellow removal vehicle on the date and time my car was damaged. Furthermore, MVP Landscaping were asked to inspect their vehicle for damages and report back to the property management and to myself. This is where MVP Landscaping of Oakville located @ 1481 Burnhamthorpe Rd E, Oakville, ON entirely stopped communicating with me. Never called back and never made any attempt to come view what they were being accused of. MVP Landscaping of Oakville completely ignored all contact after additional proof was provided to them. MVP Landscaping of Oakville’s way of dealing with this incident was very unethical, appalling, dreadful, and simply horrific. If it was for me, I would have terminated MVP Landscaping of Oakville’s contract long time ago. Unfortunately this is beyond my control, I can only educate others to not fall into the same trap. Based on my experience, MVP Landscaping of Oakville should not be trusted on anyone’s property. Please ensure there are clear visible image of CCTV everywhere whenever this company is on anyone’s property. I would avoid MVP Landscaping of Oakville at all cost.

This company services my condo. Every time I come home after they have cut our lawn, the entire place is a mess with garbage and dirt and cut grass blown all over my front steps, that's if anything even gets blown. Most of the time garbage is left wherever it falls and we are left to clean up. Have called many times to complain, but what can you expect when a company only hires irresponsible kids.

Pelted my uber with refuse had to be washed before I could work even tho was washed earlier. Always sleeping in truck. Bunch of degenerate looking guys wouldnt even bother asking for car wash.
