Apx Landscaping cuts the school fields behind my house and consistently neglects to pick up litter from the site, then mows and trims over garbage leaving pieces shredded everywhere. They haven't trimmed the fence lines in over a month. I've spoken to supervisors on multiple occasions and nothing changes, they continue to do sub-standard work, not even fulfilling their contract. To follow up on your follow up reply: You come off as trying to justify your poor work, when your first reply was sufficient and seemed to take responsibility. 1: It should not matter how long it's been between your visits, the garbage accumulated on the site is yours to clean up. 2: If your operator isn't there to pick litter before he cuts (which I was told by the site supervisor is part of your contract), who does pick it up and how can you avoid it being mowed over, shredded and spread across the site? It can not be accepted city policy to have you mow over garbage. When does the fence line get trimmed? It's hasn't been done since Aug 8. 3: All these issues have been over the summer when kids have been out of school. Regardless though, whoever litters and however much litter is on site, again, it is a part of your contract to clean it up before mowing. As a new review (Sept 12), the sports fields were cut again today (second tuesday in a row, with no trimming done) and garbage was again mowed over in the field. New review for Sept 25/26 Apx again cut the fields behind my house and again mowed over garbage, left litter along the fence line and even among the trees. They continue to do subpar work, preferring it seems to react to complaints and make excuses (200 seasonal employees), rather than be proactive and doing the work correctly the first time. You have my number if you want to reach out to me. As it is, I will be filing ANOTHER complaint to the city. As a side note/question: Why is it you consider negative reviews from former employees to be "unprofessional" and "a conflict of interest" but positive reviews from current employees are replied to with gratitude? That seems like a conflict of interest. Follow up to your reply to Sept 25/26: I have to say I am confused. What did your company reprimand the staff for when I first complained about your operators mowing over garbage if an "acceptable level of debris" is allowed? Why did your supervisor tell me that it is a part of your contract to pick up the garbage before mowing? And again, if your operators aren't responsible for picking up the litter on site and you don't have the site litter picked by a ground crew before the mowing starts, then how do you avoid mowing garbage? Shredding a single slurpee cup into 7 pieces of smaller garbage seems like it would be an unacceptable level of debris but also seem to be the policy your operators work under. I know this because you've said they don't get off their machines and when I pointed out a patch of shredded garbage to one of your operators, his response was to mow over it again. How often are your ground crews (trimming, etc.) supposed to visit the site? You had an operator there monday, mowing the fields, a second crew of two there on tuesday to do the smaller area mowing but no one litter picked a single thing either visit. Zero litter picked when there is plenty of it to pick up seems beyond an acceptable level of debris on site. Maybe that is beyond the scope of your contract; maybe. We will certainly find out when I speak with the Parks super intendant, who I've put in a request to the city to have contact me. As for the conflict of interest issue, your own reply seems to make my point: "reviews with conflicts of interest include: Reviews written by the business owner or someone affiliated with the business." That would include your employees leaving positive reviews. Oct 14 I have spoken to the Park dept and have been assured you ARE supposed to be picking up litter on these sites and that they have spoken to APX about this, so you may want to delete or adjust some of your previous replies, which never made any sense.

Hi, Today I saw one of the truck sprinkling water for trees in downtown and when they try to stop the vehicle the vehicle is bouncing and not stable because of water movement inside the tanker. They have to put a separation or make the inside of tank to be blocks. Reply me if you need any design for making the tank stable even if the truck put sudden break.

You need to explain to your driver that the left lane is for passing, not a lane just for them. And how dangerous it is to make other drivers pass on the right. I would hope that if you were going to have an employee driving one of your vehicles, they would at least know the rules of the road. Holding up 10 cars behind him with nobody in front of him is a power trip , look what I can do ... 🤬
