Work was done a couple of years ago and I'm more and more angry about our experience with this company as time goes on. We got a quote for getting a fence built. We contacted two companies, and went with Grizzly Mountain as their price was a little better. Work was agreed to start on May 27. The day came and went and we did not hear from the owner of the company. After a couple weeks went by, we thought they would not show up. They did end up contacting us to reschedule - for early July! We could forgive the delay, as summer is obviously a very busy time for landscapers, but we should have realized the lack of professionalism in not communicating with us was a sign of what was to come. When the time came for the work to be done, they started building the fence (fence posts had been installed), and then contacted us and said there had been an error in the quote and that the job would actually cost twice as much. We had no choice but to begrudgingly agree, as the job was already started and we would not be able to find another company to finish the work in the same summer. Had we known the true cost, we would have gone with the other company that we had originally gotten a quote from. Work was shoddily done: - Top boards of the fence do not align. Some are high and some are low; it looks very ragged. - This company used a power auger to drill fence posts and smashed up our weeping tile/drainage system, rendering it useless. There were chunks of the broken tile (which had been installed 2 years prior by the previous homeowner) all over the ground. Had they been more careful, this could have been avoided: it was obvious that the weeping tile was there, and they were replacing an old fence which had not previously interfered with the weeping tile. - The company drove heavy equipment on our front lawn after a rain, leaving deep tire tracks which are still there now, three summers later. - Gates were not installed level, so as they expand and contract with the moisture in the air, there are times (sometimes months on end in the winter) that they don't close at all.

Amazing! They fixed a very poor final grade that another landscaping company ruined. They were efficient and professional and communicated well with me the entire time they were working! Very satisfied. I will be calling them in the spring to do some more work on my yard!
