Worst plant service ever!!! Avoid at all costs. NEGATIVE 50 STARS. Some of the plant care staff are nice, but they will miss weekly scheduled visits, and over water and under water... again and again. Be sure you read the fine print and ask what the service contract is. Apparently only 4 visits per month and they want you to prepay 3 months in advance. Replacement of dying plants that don't survive their "care" will be argued against until the cows come home, they'll insist it's healthy "look at the new growth" meanwhile the plant looks half dead. Cancel your contract and see how service quickly erodes to nothing. Bad karma folks.

Having worked in the downtown area off and on over many years, I was always aware that Coconut Grove was THE plant care company to call. They looked after two of the buildings I worked in and I often saw then caring for trees and plants in the main lobby area of several others. I have contacted them a couple times with questions they were happy to answer and twice I have had the opportunity to get them to take care of, and prune, our office patio potted trees. I received prompt replies, reasonable quotes and quick scheduling. Their staff is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, causing no disturbance to our office. I would be happy to refer them to anyone.

I contacted Adam at Coconut Grove about or fallen pear tree we have had in our garden for 20 years. Right from the start he was professional, listened to my concerns and I felt confident he would use his expertise to help us. I am so thankful we did as the tree was treated gently and with much care and I am so happy to see it back up and recovering from the fall. Thank you to the team at Coconut Grove.
