We just got our gravel delivered yesterday and my husband and I had to comment on the service. The employees were amazing! The owner specially delivered the gravel we ordered himself, was personalable, professional, kind, and supportive! Best service we have had with any company! We can't thank this company enough for our beautiful yard! The owner even connected us with landscapers to help spread, line with fabric, and pull out existing grass in our yard! If there was an option to rate for more than 5 stars we would select it! Highly recommend ordering from this company!

Recently my husband and I took on a DIY landscaping project. We visited a few garden centres and chose Ron Paul initially because of their competitive prices. However we were super impressed with the quality customer service from everyone we dealt with, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one. We dealt with people in every department ... stone & boulders, grasses, trees and paving stone. Deliveries were organized in a super timely fashion and we didn’t lose a minute of time to complete our project over the weekend. Thanks for the great service Ron Paul!!

I purchased ¼ Down Black Granite and 1-1/2 Black Granite online from Ron Paul Garden Centre and had it delivered on Saturday, June 16. These were to be used as a top layer for certain parts of my landscape project. I thought I received the wrong order for ¼ Down Black Granite since the material was significantly different from the image I saw online so I called Ron Paul Garden Centre to see if this can be exchanged. I was forwarded to Jeanne (pronounced “Jan”) and she was defensive and said that they will not be exchanging the product. I tried to explain that the image for ¼ Down Black Granite was significantly different from what I expected since the image had larger pieces. However, she said there is a disclaimer on their website that said actual products may not be exactly as shown and that I had plenty of time to go down to the store to make sure that is what I wanted before placing the order online. I double-checked the page where I placed the order and did not see the product disclaimer as of this review. Regardless, I understand there may be slight discrepancy due to the nature of the material, but not significantly different. I tried to attach a screenshot of the image used for the “1/4 Down Black Granite” on the Ron Paul Garden Centre website as well as a picture of the actual material I received for comparison in the hopes that this conveys the discrepancy better. I was hoping to save some travel time by ordering online and have it ready to go for the weekend, which turned out to be a costly decision. To resolve the issue, I had to pay close to $600.00 to have the ¼ Down Black Granite removed and place a new order for ¾ Black Granite which were supposed to be larger. Due to the cost to remove and replace the order, I opted to keep the material instead and mentioned I will not be coming back. Before I was about to end the call, I was offered a yard of ¾ Black Granite and delivery at no charge for keeping the materials. However, I didn’t know how much I needed so I was told to call her back once I did. In the end, I decided not to call back to avoid having something delivered again that is significantly different. Due to this unfortunate event, I will be taking my business elsewhere to complete my project but I’m hoping the owners that review this will add the missing disclaimer on the website and use another image of the ¼ Down Black Granite so other customers will not experience the same issue I had with purchasing online.

You walk in, and there is always someone welcoming you and offering to help! I always find different and unique things there too! We don't shop anywhere else for our plants....and Christmas Trees of course!

The staff told me will not be a charge for pick up pallets if there is a delivery around my area when I placed my orders, now they told me there will be a charge no matter what. What a dishonest place to shop for. This will be my last time shopping there, Home Depot is much cheaper and easy to deal with, they not even need my friend to return the pallets, and theirs delivery fee only $60, and Ron Paul charged $110. My friend got 10% off on they entire orders from Home Depot. So REGRET to shop at Ron Paul.
