We are thrilled by the final result of the landscaping at our new home!!! From the starting stages to the finished product, the team was phenomenal to work with and they knocked it out of the park!!! They made our property look exactly how we wanted even though we had no idea what we were looking for!!! They were professional, courteous and did amazing work!!! Our neighbours were also impressed by the fact that they cleaned up the street when they were done the project and they stop by and comment on our yard all the time!!! Totally worth every penny spent!!! Would recommend Plantscape to anyone looking to have some work done!!! BRAVO PLANTSCAPE, you stepped it up and came through for us!!! Now the fun part... sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty!

I have hired Plantscape to complete various projects this year. I was very pleased to see how patient they were with me when I had a ton of questions regarding what I was hoping to do at my home. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and again patient. They made sure that I understood absolutely everything I would need to expect to see the projects through to completion. Another thing I liked was that all of their employees were in Plantscape uniform so my neighbours (who kind of watch my place while I work my 13 hour days) knew that it was my hired professionals on my property and not just some unknown. Not to mention, after listening to me and my plans, they remembered that I had a back yard party planned for a specific date and went out of their way to call me the day after the party to see how the party went on my new putting green turf. That is exceptional service, in my books. My friends could not stop gushing about the amazing job on my 5 hole putting green, chipping area and stone work. I owe it all to Plantscape. I highly recommend Plantscape to anyone who is considering doing any work that they specialize in doing. Thank you Plantscape. We were looking for someone to come in and put in a shed pad for us and called several companies Plantscape came in with their free quote but we waited for the rest of the quotes to come in...We chose Plantscape (all quotes came in around the same price) But we chose Plantscape because John didn't just come in and hand us a quote he went above and beyond in helping us possibly find a different solution offering information that might help get the job done sooner.... I think that alone for us was outstanding business savvy.. When we called Plantscape on a Monday John was quite frank and said he probably couldn't do the work right away as they were extremely busy...Yes a bit disappointed but we recieved a txt message Monday night and it was John letting us know that he could be there first thing Tuesday morning and they were!!!!!! and the job was done in one day His workers were outstanding hard working and very courteous the job site was left immaculate Thank you once again John we love our new Shed and it sits so perfectly level all because of the shed pad Lynn and Paul Kale

Plantscape did not fulfil their 2 year labour warranty obligation. I had the Business Manager and General Foreman at my house in April 2018 to review work that needed completing before my labour warranty was due. They agreed to do the work but suggested the work wait until June, when other issues may arise. I sent a package of pictures in early June, to receive a response back that "...all defects have been caused by what can be classified as “acts of God” or Mother Nature. As we can not prevent or control issues as it relates to freeze/thaw conditions we consequently can not warranty them." They agreed to do the work, then retract the offer. This is an unethical business practice and total deception. But wait, the email also stated, "we will not be able to fix this patio to your unreasonable expectations with a cart blanche labour budget, we have closed your file at this time." Since when is having trip hazards, water pooling, and uneven surfaces 'unreasonable'. I totally regret having this company on my property and responsibility rests solely on Vic Desmarais, President, Plantscape. Shameful!

This is the type of work Plantscape Sub Contractor , A & J Carpentry does . It is Owned by some little coward weasel named Aaron Ouellette . I have 2 Dogs and with the gap along the bottom of this fence , my dogs could get out and I explained to Aaron Ouellette numerous time that I had 2 dogs and there could not be any gap at the bottom but it is clear he does not listen and does what he wants . After I complained for the 3rd day , he came over when I was not home , cut the fence down and took it , not returning any of my money . Not a very good company to deal with from my experience. Aaron Ouellette and his company A & J Carpentry was recommended to me by Plantscape so if this is the type of company they recommend then I would do some serious thinking about them
