I have been with this company for many years. I just recently started using them to a fuller capacity. I have had them pruning my shrubs, and cutting down some of my plants so my front doesn't get an overgrown look. Every time I have needed to call them to get a different job done, I speak with Celeste. She is very polite, courteous and has a good sense of humor. They get the orders in and they complete them in a timely manner. I will be with them for many more years to come.

From the beginning of my call I was made to feel like my business mattered. Celest answered the phone and was very super helpful. I was able to get on the service route immediately!!!! That NEVER happens. She was personable, knowledgeable, kind, and sympathetic. She explained the service through to billing. I feel completely informed and happy that what she said would happen did. I will be letting my neighbors know!!!!

I am very unhappy with KS Management. The concrete slab outside my entry door swells in the cold weather which makes entry and exiting impossible. I suggested they break up the cement so the door could be used. They did this with the understanding the concrete would be replaced when the cold weather subsided. It is the middle of August and the concrete is still not replaced. My point person is Gregg. I have called him at least 5 times regarding this matter and all I get is excuses. He did inform me the board has approved the fix but it is still not complete and soon enough the weather will be changing. What needs to be done to get this management company to repair this hazardous sidewalk outside my entry door? Cindy Parkway Meadows 15705 Parkway Lane #3

I have been using KS Landscaping for over 10 years. Always dependable. Edging, string trimming & grass cutting. Everything always clean when they're done.

My husband and I are extremely unsatisfied with the landscaping/snow removal company that just happens to be KS Landscaping, a subsidiary of KS Management who is very good at making excuses for sub par service by both themselves and their landscaping company. There is 2+ inches of ice in the parking lots and on the sidewalks! Icicles are hanging off all the gutters...some 3-4 feet in length! This Association we are in pays more than any other Association Downriver and we have no amenities. Parking is horrible and we've been told time and time again that it is being worked on and yet now, boutique apartments are being built all around us on the property by another developer....which, will make parking worse. I've attached a few pictures of the conditions of our parking lots and sidewalks. The Management Company says they are waiting for the weather to warm up....WHAT??????? The guys finally came out today but still did not clear all the problems up.....VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!! After your most recent response below, nothing was done to clear up the mess after the freezing rain and sleet which led to the dangerous conditions seen in the attached photos.
