Absolutely fantastic. I was happily surprised to find that they answer phones even after hours and are super helpful when doing so. They were able to assist me in picking the best materials for my project while keeping it in my budget and they delivered me some extra when I didn't have enough. Absolutely awesome experience thank-you!

I had a staircase put in for my above ground pool. Paul Jobin was there to advise me on the best way to go about building it, the kind of steps necessary etc. He was on time, and worked diligently along with his two helpers, Jamie and Ty, to complete the job. They worked efficiently, measuring and remeasuring to make sure everything was just right. It's wonderful when hire someone for a job and watch them truly take pride in their work to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for quality service from the beginning (dealing with Jennifer at the office) until the end with Paul double checking that the results were to my satisfaction. Thank you Jobin rock farms for your services.

Picked out 3 rocks personally at their location totaling approx. 900 lbs. along with 2 yards of beach stone. The agreed upon delivery time was between 9:00am and 12:00pm. As noon approached and they had not yet arrived I called to remind them. When the owner said that he was on his way he realized that they had forgotten the beach stone. As a result they were nearly 2 hours late. One of the rocks arrived with a sizable chunk missing from it. Of the 2 yards of beach stone, half of it was of the agreed upon size but as I shoveled lower into the pile allot of the stone was quite smaller in size and full of dirt. As well, the amount of stone that was delivered was not enough to cover the square footage of landscaping which I had personally calculated. Lastly and most disturbingly was the fact that when I finally had time to send their yard manager a text with pictures and a description of the issues to let her know.....she abruptly pointed out that it was after hours, she was not a 24/7 operation and that the business would be open again next week and try again then. SMH, as a disgruntled customer who only sent a text to let her know what had transpired the last thing I wanted to hear was to get lost. Not impressed.
