Company intrudes human rights of tennants. allows employees to operate motor vehicles without a license around kids since on thier private property like twin oaks. Makes false complaints against tennants. ignores when proved false. refuses to trim trees that are tangled in power lines. They refuse to return call or answer simple questions. If your dealing with Janice or Carol from clermont. dont waste your time and run. They will not do anything, even if physically threatened or their employees start false accusations. They simply ignore you.

I would not recommend anyone even attempt to use this property management company. Simple tasks such as returning phone calls or messages seems to be an incredibly difficult thing to accomplish. And this was just during an application process. I can't even imagine how long you'd have to wait if you needed an emergency repair done on a property rented from them. Unfortunately zero stars was not an option.

I dealt with Dan Farah from clermont. He did a wonderful job.

Dan Farah appeared to be very professional in dealing with difficult tenants. We greatly appreciated his help in this difficult time.

They just can't be trusted. Lies and backstabbing.
