We had the pleasure of working with Countryside Landscape on a project this past summer. Vincent Long, their Landscape Designer, approached ShadeFX looking to incorporate retractable shade into a backyard design in Tillsonburg. His attention to detail, quality questions and timely responses, allowed both companies to efficiently move through the buyer’s journey. Very professional, and it shows in the end result. Great project, we look forward to future collaborations.

Great service, and an awesome job done. A few delays in getting to our job, but it was explained well. A good crew of workers and very friendly and professional!

If I could leave a review with no stars I would! After speaking to the designer and deciding what we wanted which went really well. Vince the designer was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with our problems only started when the work actually started on site. The second day we were informed by one of our neighbors that they had seen one of the landscapers urinate in our garden. After that it all started to go wrong. We informed countryside landscapes of this with a very poor reaction. After this and other issues we were finally relieved when the project was completed.
