We could not be more impressed with Ideal Landscape Services! Andrew and his courteous team were professional, efficient, and openly helpful from the initial email response to the completion of the project. Their honest suggestions proved to be most helpful in making informed decisions regarding our new interlock walkway, which was completed in two days. We are quite happy with our neighbour's recommendation and in turn offer the same advice for anyone seeking landscaping services.

We found Andrew to be a very honest and straight forward individual from our first meeting. He told us what he would do, how much it would cost and gave us options to work with. The work was done in 2 days and we are very pleased with the result and the fact it was done with no strings attached. The work crew was polite and pleasant whether Andrew was there or not, no small feat considering the heat they were working in. We have no qualms recommending Ideal to any of our friends.

Andrew and his team we're friendly and professional when putting in our new retaining wall. Whenever there was a concern about the project he did not hesitate to discuss with us possible options and I'm very happy that we followed his suggestions because the outcome was great! Would not hesitate to contact Andrew to work on future projects for us.

We had a problem area in our backyard that required new irrigation, grading and landscaping. Andrew spent the time to walk us through various options and pricing for the project. Once the decision was made on how to proceed, he was very honest about the timeline and then delivered on that timing. He is a hands on professional with a great team. They completed our project on time and right on budget. We love the new area and highly recommend Ideal Landscape Services.

We contacted Andrew for help with an awkward area at the front of the house with water-flow/drainage issues, that also had to withstand our cars backing over it to enter the garage. He came up with a beautiful design, and, though the cost was a bit more than we had counted on, we held our breath and went ahead. He and his team did a very professional job of installing an excellent foundation and beautiful tiles. Unfortunately, some of the tiles developed manufacturing flaws over the winter and Andrew came back, over a year later, to replace the bad tiles.. He assured us that he would check again next spring to make sure all was well. Thank you Ideal team..
