My wife had purchased some greenery and was unsatisfied with one of the items. The staff at Glen Echo made her feel like a valued customer. They immediately made it right and more than made up for the situation. Wow, we were so impressed. We have always recommended Glen Echo to our friends and family but now we have a great customer service story to tell. A visit to Glen Echo Nursery is a must this time of year!

A bad experience with a competitor garden centre led me in search of a new source of bulk topsoil. I was very pleased with my experience at Glen Echo...my first time there and the sales staff in the garden centre were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The delivery man was the same, very positive, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. And they were able to deliver my order within 1.5 hours of purchase! All in all a very good experience!

I just came from buying a Christmas tree. What a wonderful selection of unique and beautiful trees. The guy who helped us, his name was Chris and what a wonderful experience he made for us. Knowledgeable and friendly, and some of the best customer service experience we have had in a long time. The Christmas and craft store carries many unique and beautiful items. Definitely worth the stop.
