Grand Valley rocks as always been a great place to pick up all of my supplies, I have used them for many years for all my black dirt, stone dust, sand and mulch. customer service is always the GREATEST! Friendly and polite. We decided we needed a large stone for the back step, with one visit my wife found the stone she wanted as the selection is assume. 8' x 2' x 7" thick (1800 lbs of stone) I needed to cut this stone before delivery, Colin let me bring my saw and do the work in the yard, he even flipped the stone with his machine so I could cut both sides and through the rock . We arranged Delivery and installation details. Delivered on time. Installation was a different story, Colin showed up on time, (even in the rain) however I had not cleared the area larger enough for his machine, So we had to move a large pile of bricks, pull out a small bush. Colin helped with everything and was a huge help. within the hour we our stone in place. Looks fantastic! Colin: Thank you so much for all of your help. GRAND VALLEY ROCKS is the place to go.

Built a retaining wall and additional landscaping. Bought anglestone, river rocks, mulch, and a couple of accent stones. Great deal. Friendly service. Same day delivery. You can wander the yard and pick out exactly what you need.

Unbelievable experience. I called them and paid over the phone and product was at my door within 30 mins. Never ever seen such an amazing service for the longest time. Highly recommended. Friendly service . Way to go.

Colin the owner is very personable and great to deal with, his worker Adam installed steps at our house and also did concrete flag, which we are very happy with. Adam is a very knowledgable, hard worker. Would absolutely recommend this Company.

We visited the yard and spoke to an older gentleman about having them quote a smaller landscaping job for us, about 30 feet of rocks to be placed in a semi circle and a load of topsoil added to make a garden. they took our phone number and promised to call us. No call for 2 weeks!!. We called them back and were told that they don't do jobs in our area, which is within 10 minutes of their yard. We went back over to the yard and spoke to Colin who said that of course they do jobs in our area and he would have Adam come to quote the job. Adam came by a few days later and promised a quote shortly. We are now into 10 weeks later with no quote and no call back so we bought the rocks from another yard who delivered next day and we did the job our selves. We cannot understand how a business can seemingly be so good at landscaping and be this bad at customer service. We would not recommend them to anyone and certainly would not use their service ourselves..
