Terrible service, only show up after you hound them to come do the job they were contracted to do. . Last year was a nightmare also, so not sure what idiot gave them the contract again this year. we pay to have snow removed and most times are doing it ourselves because waiting until they feel like showing up is BS. If you can not make timely commitments to your clients, don't bid on their contracts. Last year was a joke, this year we had one snow fall so far and you show up after 6 pm to clear walkways and drives ? (after many residents did their own or their neighbors/ took pictures and had you hounded to show up) Save yourself the headache and cash and just do your own snow removal, you will be doing that anyways.
