Adam did my snow removal for 6 years until he did not show up in the big storm that ended Jan 6 2025 . I asked for a refund did not get a response , had a nasty text and today I got these emails. He left us high and snowed in until another company took over his contracts … yet they did not see a penny either.

Very hard to get hold of. Poor service. Don't live up to their own snow removal contracts. Other companies are consistently out on our street daily, these guys you're lucky if they even show up to clear the snow. Would never recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your money.

Have a snow removal contract and the came on Fri Jan 3 at 4:00 pm... have not seen them again. Paid up front, all other companies are forfilling contracts but this company breaks its own 12 hr two inch policy not coming at all in over 48 hours. In major snow squalls. No communication and rude response from Owner, then blocked. I had used for 6 years. Not ever again. Beware!

Terribly irresponsible company. Snow has been thigh deep and never came in two weeks. Called to ask and Adam excused for “several car broke down” and promised to “clear by morning”. It was still there. So I called the guy multiple times. Got hung up immediately. I could only park my car at my neighbor’a place. At first snow, they did come over once. But they also did their job terribly. After their “plowing” the driveway asphalt is still nowhere to be seen, and the guy simply plowed all the snow at my front door steps. Had to re-do the job myself. Please DO NOT take your business there.

Very disappointed Previously have already experienced no response to emails Now this situation : Snow hasn’t been plowed in over 24 hours. Last night when we called, we were told to “hang tight” and someone would be out in 3-4 hours This morning, drive way still not plowed. Snow is thigh high No response to emails or calls I would not recommend using this company. Still waiting for someone to communicate why the snow has not been plowed
