Great customer service, great selection! I went with my sister to pick out a tree and we didn't have a clue. The staff was incredibly helpful and we left with a great tree at a good price with a 1 year guarantee, and everything we needed to transplant it. Definitely would come back!

The 2 trees never produced fruit as we were given the incorrect species. 2 seasons not a single fruit. The other tree which was purchased at the same exact time and planted in the same area is the true fruiting species and has fruited as expected every year. We bought 8 replacement fruiting trees from a different nursery and all have fruited as expected. I am going to leave this be at this point. Please learn from my lost expenses and don't place fruiting and nonfruiting trees side by side in your aisles which make your staff guess as to what the trees are and then after 1 full season have you blame the customer. These were also not a special order as you had more of the same trees in the aisle. This is really petty and I hope you learn from the way you treated us.

First and last trip to Horlings. Went on a weekday. Was able to finally receive help from what seemed to be the only helpful emplyoee there. (She deserves 5 stars.) When it came time to pay, the cashier literally threw our receipt at us. Even after that, I thanked her, to which she did not return the sentiment. If it weren't for the single helpful emplyoee I would have settled with one star.

Excellent service and a great design team. The plant material that Ian recommended works so well in my outdoor space. The StoneCrafters is perfect for yards like mine where there is no access for big equipment. When the project was finished it looked better than I imagined. I can't believe how real the concrete process used to make stones looks - the large rocks look just like real stones. Thanks Ian and the rest of the Horlings crew.
