Everybody is entitled to provide feedback. My review on New Horizons is based on the project they just completed on June 26th 2018. Andrew and his team is very professional, courteous and hard working individuals. The quality that was promised was surely delivered. The rates provided are very competitive and there is a reason why majority of the houses in our neighborhood contracted New Horizons. Andrew is very busy and this also means that many times it is difficult to field all the calls. Thank you New Horizons, keep it up.

Our experience with New Horizons Landscape was a fantastic one! Andrew was always professional and on time from our quote to the work being done while we were away on vacation. His prices were fair, his crew did excellent work and we are very pleased with the end results. All transactions were smooth and he was professional throughout our entire experience. Highly recommended!

We hired Andrew and his crew to do a full backyard landscaping job, including planting with stone swale work, interlocking patio and a custom retaining wall. I can honestly say that we are more than satisfied with the completed product and still continue to use his services for other home projects as this company also has the connections for contacts in various other fields such as carpentry/decking etc. From the beginning, Andrew was well presented and easy to talk to. A detailed plan was drawn up and presented in a timely manner with an attractive quote and warranty that could not be beat. He even went as far as to consult with city officials in order to clarify certain bi law and planning concerns that we had prior to our first meeting. There was always time made to personally assist with on site product selection and if an alteration or change was requested it was taken care of with a smile. Reviews are what they are at any given time and eventually problems or delays will happen due to weather, timing or even human error but with this amount of strong labour, positive attitude and attention to detail you can't go wrong. A big thanks to the whole crew. Just driving up and down the streets in our area reflects all the great work that New Horizons has contributed to making the community look so pleasing to the eye and this is a testament to the fine work that this company is providing.

We hired New Horizons for winter season for snow removal & de-icing on a long sloped residential driveway. My main contact was Andrew Harink. My driveway was cleared as promised, per the contract, even on Christmas morning and in mid April. Very happy with the service provided.
