Contacted this firm because of all the entirely (too?) positive reviews. I had to wait 3 weeks for a meeting to get a quote. Having driven an hour to get to the property he didn’t appear - didn’t answer his phone or respond to emails. 2 days he apologised for not turning up. Rearranged for another quote, another 3 week wait. On the day I contacted him (before I set off this time) to check all was good - he cancelled the job because of access issues, this on a property he had never visited! All in all a waste of 6 weeks when I could have got a professional firm to actually do the job.

We used Wells Landscapes to completely redo our garden following a recommendation from a near neighbour. The quality of the workmanship was excellent with real attention to detail. I am really pleased with how my garden now looks. We dealt with Steve who was very professional, responsive and a very good communicator. Steve would provide me with an update every night setting out what work he had done and what he was planning to do the next day. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I have subsequently recommended Wells Landscapes to a number of my friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Simply fantastic! We contacted Steve to have our garden landscaped. New paving and turf laid, new shed installed and raised planters built. The team were totally professional from start to finish. Our house was well protected to avoid damage, the work far exceeded our expectations, communication was fantastic (we were in Bali when the work was being done). The plan was that we would then do our own planting but having seen the quality of the workmanship we knew we wouldn't be able to do the garden justice so asked Steve to help with that too. The brief was a garden that looked good all year round with lots of interest at different times of the year. Steve certainly hit the brief and by installing mature plants our garden looks like its been established for years rather than only 6 months. We would (and have) recommended Steve and the team highly. Look no further!

Steve and the Wells Landscape team have worked on a number of landscaping projects for me and I'm planning on hiring them for some further changes to my garden. The team are professional, always on time, have great ideas on design and attention to detail. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for landscaping services.

We have used Steve and Wells Landscapes at two properties now and were very happy with the work on both occasions. They turned up when they said they would (not always the case with landscapers, particularly during the busy Spring/Summer months), they finished on time and they produced precisely what they had designed to the budget we had agreed. When they recently changed their catchment area and were no longer able to help us, they still took the time recommending an alternative service provider - you can't really ask for more than that.
