Despite being optimistic about this company, they really disappointed us. Our initial impression was good; Jeff came out for our consultation on July 5th and was very informative and friendly. He really took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking to do: landscaping on our front yard and hardscaping in the back. He took measurements and notes and even provided us with catalogs. He said he would work up a design plan and estimate and send it to us the start of the following week. We were both impressed he would actually take the time to do a design and truly cater to our demands so we were fine with waiting on the estimate. We didn't receive the estimate that following week (July 9th) but knowing it's a busy time of year for them it was not a big deal. We waited until July 13th and decided to call to inquire. Both my husband and I called separately, not realizing the other had called; my husband in the am and I later in the day. I got a hold of them and was informed Jeff would get back to us the next day. Again, no call was received, so my husband called July 16th and left a message. They called back to inform once again either that day or the next they'd get an estimate to us. We never heard another word from them. I was so excited to work with this company given they installed my parents' patio and did a great job but after being dismissed so many times, I feel that our business wasn't valued. I understood we'd have to wait for installation given the time of year and being bogged down, but to wait over two weeks for a simple estimate is ridiculous. We had spoken to Jeff about our horrible experience with another contractor and he sympathized. So to simply drop communication with us was such poor taste.
