Great first time experience. I tried Larry's company on my neighbours recommendation to cut and trim our lawn. They started in May and it's now October and they have been good communicators, courteous, reliable and professional. Their quality is good and their price is reasonable. For me, they offer excellent value and I recommend them.

Larry and his crew are awesome. I have used them on and off for a while, but this year I decided to go on a contract. Its been great! Thanks Larry!

After being a customer for almost 10 years I was disgusted with the way I spoken to by Carrie in your office. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Shame on you for allowing people with such a terrible attitude deal with your customers. It is a wonder you can stay in business.

We have been clients of Performance Landscaping for a few years. In the past service was great, within two hours of the end of a snow fall, and the company will plow all the areas included in the contract. This year a much different story. Under excuses of a track break down, people resigning on the first snow fall, etc. they have missed walk-outs and arrive to location about 7pm instead of 9am. It is very hard to find somebody taking a phone call and messages are not being returned. Hope their service starts to improve to match prior year experiences.

I would like to inform you that we have had 3 licenced professionals look at our lawn and it has deemed NOT to have grubs. As far as poor maintenance, it was JUST LAID last summer and our neighbours are witness to care and watering of the new sod. It has been deemed that the product used to kill the plants that were growing through the new sod from the prvious garden was too strong and ended with killing the roots of the grass. We would like compensation for all if not half of the cost of the labour and sod as we now have to hire another landscaper to fix or re-do what you have done. Please respond as soon as possible. Mona Roach & John Waddell.
