I am very happy with the work that was completed at my residence. Josh has been very accommodating for the work that I needed to be done. His crew that came out for the work were very friendly and wanted to do a great job here which they did. I would recommend Emerald Isle Landscaping, for the great company that they are. Great company great employees, Fantastic results!! Thank you very much !!

Never use the company, your employees obviously do not care where they park their 3-4 rental pick up trucks for long periods of time. No respect for their neighbors what so ever.

This company is hired through my HOA and generally they are OK at the work being done. However, there is very little care to personal property. We have decorations in front of our house, nothing extravagant, just solar lights in our rocky area. The first time, an employee ran down a light and the pieces were flung across the road. I looked for someone to talk to about and I didn't yell at them or ask for money, I simply asked that they be more careful and that I understand mistakes can happen. He brought his team over to look at the front area and he apologized. However, just a few weeks later, it happens again. This time an employee takes two lights out with a weed whacker and tosses them asside as if to just ignore it. My wife sees the whole thing through the window, so she opens the door to confront him. He explains he was going to let us know, which seemed unlikely as he was about to leave. He doesn't apologize but tells my wife that we should move our lights. She asked him if she can speak to his manager. He called someone then said that his boss would stop by before they leave. My wife asked for the number just in case. We got the conversation on our door video camera. The day ends and they all go home, but the boss doesn't stop by. I called the number my wife received but only received a voicemail. I left a message calmly explaining the situation and asked that they call me back. This was earlier last week and I have yet to receive a call. We are wondering if he even gave us the right number. So far it seems accountability and honesty are not company values. To be told that we should move our items, which are out of the way to begin with, is just poor customer relations.

They came Monday cut the bushes, left a mess, thinking they were coming to clean up the mess Tuesday because that was the schedule for my street, noo they came cut the grass cut around it and left there. They started couple months ago with the maintenance, the first 3 weeks cut the front, not the back. Lol. They have never trimmed our back yard, go around the bushes and don't cut close to the plants, they don't even pass the leaves blower Such a mediocre job. Worst company that our landlord got for our community! Buckley Family Housing, I spoke with Cassie your acct representative, and our landlord contacted and send the pics to them. They are wonderfull they want to take care of it, but the funny part, after give a call to your company to complain, is that they came get the mess but didn't cut the grass so I have a long spot now.

They are very responsive and have transformed our community. The curb appeal is top-notch and I am thrilled to see the future improvements that Emerald has planned for us.
