I paid for snowplowing services last fall. It was a mild winter and not much plowing was required; however there was a day in March where we received a few feet of snow. When I arrived home from work, I was not able to pull in my driveway due to the amount of snow and the fact there were snow drifts. This was after 5pm and the snow started the night before. I tried calling Dan Longo; but could not reach him. I left a message that was not returned and no one ever showed up to plow. He called me to tell me they showed up; but the driveway was already plowed (I was home all evening and did not see anyone come by). When he did finally contact me, he had several excuses (we weren't prepared for all the snow, my battery on my phone died, my charger didn't work). This is the service I hired you for and they were predicting quite a bit of snow so I am not sure why there was an issue since this is your business. In any case, he was apologetic and wanted to make it up to me by providing lawn services or spring clean up. He said he would stop by to look at my property and get back to me. Well here we are mid June and I have not seen or heard from him. All I can say is don't promise what you can't deliver and don't expect something for nothing especially when I can't get what I paid for. If you are searching for services, I would be careful as they are not prepared to deliver services you hire them to take on.
