I have had an excellent experience training here. Tibor, Christine and Janet are all very knowledgeable. I have no worries about injury as safety is their top priority here. They have made me feel comfortable as they work with people of all fitness levels. I have been so impressed with Tibor‘s ability to assess and identify problem areas and then design a customized program to meet my needs. I have noticed such a big difference in the way I feel since coming here. The workouts are not only effective but fun too. So happy I found this place!

I have gained poise, function, agility, strength and confidence. Professional space and personal attention. Tibor has a sixth sense -intuitive way he will work with you. I trust Tibor and Christine and their team.

This is one of the best training facilities in the Oakville area. I have worked with many other trainers over the years when I was playing Jr. and College hockey, I wish I had these trainers when I was playing. Christine & Tibor are very professional and they have lots of experience on working getting you fit and working on muscle deficiencies. They were both professional dancers and this experience is why they have extensive knowledge on the body, movement and getting muscles stronger. If you are looking for a place to get fit, get strong, rehabilitation than you will not be disappointed. Excellent equipment for strength training and excellent equipment for pilates.

Where to start?! I LOVE TIBOR AND CHRISTINE! I have been working out with Tibor for about 8 years... Went in after having 3 kids and no longer about to do a sit up alone. Used to need weekly massages for aches and pains. Gone is the chronic pain and replaced with regular compliments on my arm tone! My body now stands and moves with strength. 30 min twice a week is totally something I can commit to with my busy schedule. I get a great workout and am able to rant and vent to Tibor about anything I want! He is a great sounding board as well as being insanely knowledgeable on the functional anatomy of the human body! This is not the place where a trainer will accidentally injure you. Pilates Works with Tibor and Christine is probably the single best thing I do for myself as an individual. Can't recommend them enough, and consider them true caring friends. Thanks guys.

A private gym with an excellent and personable trainer for one-on-one training, he is skilled and highly knowledgeable, I have worked with a few different trainers and none have come close.
