Very professional and timely service

Very professional and timely service. They took the time to inspect my watch, then explain the work to be done. Called in two days. Watch is better than it was when I got it.

This is a lovely store, and I've already recommended you to a friend.

I took two watches into your store. One had a battery replaced while I waited, at a very fair price. The second was a Movado with a broken clasp. It was repaired/replaced quickly and for far less than at the factory. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. This is a lovely store, and I have already recommended you to a friend.

A pleasure to worth with!

I brought in an old clock to have it repaired and refurbished - I explained that it was to be my wife's Christmas present and it was about 3 weeks before Christmas - when I told Mr. Farooqui that I really needed that done, he worked overtime to get it back to me in time for Christmas - a pleasure to worth with!!

I was very pleased with the service

I was very pleased with the service provided on two vintage watches, one of the watches required a referral for resurfacing. I was kept advised as to that progress. I would return for further services.
