Mr.

Not really a review of work, but I called today to ask the price of a basic pedicure. Was told it is $40.00 so I asked had the price gone up recently, and was told no it's always been $40.00. I was there once in August of 2022 and again in November of 2022 and the price was $21.00 for a pedicure?!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I had an amazing experience. I felt they did an amazing job and really took their time and care to make sure my pedicure was amazing. Recently I went back this week and had a not so amazing experience. When I walked in for my pedicure I was told to choose a colour of nail polish. While I was doing this I dropped the nail polish I had chosen and of course it broke. Right away I stated I would pay for the product and was obviously mortified. The girl came over and was obviously very annoyed about this and said yeah you will but also now it’s all over everything. She brought over some cleaning supplies and I immediately jumped in to help. After she wiped a couple things she stood up and looked at me and said “ok I’ll just leave you to this now.” I understand that she was busy with another client but it also made me feel even more embarrassed and not good about being there that I was just left to do the clean up. I waited until she was finished, paid for the broken nail polish and left as I felt I would no longer be able to enjoy my pedicure after such an embarrassing experience. I hope this was a one off and I am able to come back and enjoy my service as I felt really good about my first visit.

I had the pleasure of Tammy doing my acrylic nails and I am very pleased. The nails are very neat and just what I wanted. I will definitely go back when I have a need.

I adore this place. My nails are always wonderful and I never have any complaints. The girls are quick but they really pay attention to detail leaving you with a gorgeous nail every time.

Amy did my nails today. It was my first time going to this salon. By far the best nails I’ve ever had done. I just moved to the area and soooo happy to have found this place. Thanks Amy! See you next time.
