Tried to get a manicure with work close on...nope

Nov 26, 2020
went in to get my nails removed. this usually cost me 15$, they remove my nails and buff my real ones. sooooooooooo when i asked to get my nails removed and cleaned up, they took this as i wanted A full manicure. (NEVER ASKED FOR THIS) it was done horribly! and they ended up charging me 40$ to remove my nails and file. REDICULOUS. if they had communicated to me that i would pay an extra 25$ to buff ,my nails. i would have said NO. and when I was confused by the price, all the lady said was "ohh i thought you know" as if i read minds. NO NAIL SALON HAS ever CHARGED ME THIS MUCH TO REMOVE NAILS EVER. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.

I actually visited this place a few times and never had problems with service done until last time I went there and witnessed redness of the lady owner. She had client who didn't give her tips but still paid for the service done. She took clients money and walked away not saying thank you, client was standing there stunned. Haven't been there since this incident. They don't appreciate their clients, people pay for their services and don't have obligation of giving tips.
