The service was awful, the guy constantly got up and left and constantly answered phone calls, he made my nails crooked, I added photos of the nails I wanted and what he gave me, I asked him to fix it he acted annoyed, he PICKED COLOURS for me without asking and when I said “no do you have burgundy” he threw a tiny book my way and said “choose” and walked away, the girls I came with had numerous colours to choose from and I did not because of him, he didn’t even paint the nails fully (as seen in the photos) and when he messed up on the ring fingers, I showed him the picture of the design and tried explaining it to him, he said he didn’t understand, I picked out a gold sparkly nail polish, he ignored it and dipped my nail in a full sparkle box and called it good and then WHEN HE MADE ONE NAIL SHORTER THAN THE OTHER BY A MILE I pointed it out to him and asked him to fix it HE FILED DOWN THE TIP AND ADDED AN ADDITIONAL FAKE NAIL ON TOP OF THE ALREADY FAKE NAIL THAT WAS ON MY NAIL. I’ve never had this in the 10 years I’ve been having my nails done. You can see in the last photo of the “additional” fake nail that he added onto my already fake nail.

Lavis is a super clean salon and they do an amazing job. The employees are professional and skilled - doing beautiful work. The spa pedicure is so relaxing and Tom is a pro at nails! I have been using their services since they opened in Spruce Grove and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Lavis to everyone.

We booked a spa day for 5 of us ladies, it took forever to be acknoledged we we came in our appointment was about 20 minutes late from when we booked for, only 4 of us were getting our pedicures while the one girl just sat there with her feet in cool water ( there was a worker there and wouldn't come over to work on her. We were all done by the time they started her pedicure by the time we were done paying her pedicure was already done. One of the ladies foot got cut (not a nick) the lady did not even tell her and apologize. Really disappointed as 3 of us came from Red Deer and 2 from Evansburg. Would not recommend this place for a pedicure.
