I want to take some time to actually give this place a review . I personally have extremely high standards when it comes to Nails . I moved here a year ago from the East and struggled to find a nail salon that I could go to and leave feeling satisfied with the job that was done . Not only that but making sure the nails last and are strong . That they don't chip or pop off. I do not like going to a place and they rush through and you leave only to come back for them to fix them . There is nothing as frustrating as that . This was not the case with Grace Nails . I decided to go to Grace Nails to see how it was and , let me tell you i was blown away at the customer service they offered as well as the services I received , they are very good at letting you know the cost and how much you will be paying . I work a very busy job , cleaning and always using my hands as well as school . I put my nails through a lot . The nails i received here from Donna last through it all . No chipping or falling off . Donna did my nails. Acrylics , Manicure , Pedicure with Acrylics on toes as well as fixing Ingrown toe nails and she does an AMAZING job . The nails are strong and they last . Donna takes her time to make sure they are done correctly, and she is such a nice person in my experience she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied and happy with the service . I cannot say enough good things about this place and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it . They are very good . I believe I found my new nail spot in Edmonton and that is Grace Nails .Every time I go there and I leave feeling like a queen .

I'm not impressed with how they billed me. When I came in I asked for a full acrylic set as listed for $40. They nodded and said "pick a colour". I picked a colour and after the service was done they billed me a whopping $70. The colour I picked was just a plain solid colour with no extra embellishments. He said it was extra $25 just for the colour! If that's the case then why did you ask me to pick a colour? When you ask a customer to pick a colour your insinuating that the colour is included in. The lady who did my nails nicked so my cuticles with her metals nail filer. I forgave her but then one of my nails weren't filed properly and it looks crooked. I have cuts and bruises all over my nails from her nail buffers. I was in a rush so paid with a tip. But honestly they did not deserve it. Please better explain to your customer how the prices works. I just did some research and polish on top of acrylic is +$15 max. Why would a $40 acrylic full set be charged another $25 just for simple solid polish? I live in Vancouver and that overpriced city has better pricing and quality options than Grace Nails. Atleast there's more transparency with their costs. Also Grace Nails could interact with their customers more. please communicate, explain to/with your customers more so they have a better understanding of how pricing work. Don't just ask us to "pick a colour" when you haven't explain that it's not included in the acrylic set. I'm just not impressed and wasted a good $70 for a set that is overpriced and not properly done. I'm not coming back and won't be recommending this to anyone. I think April's Nails is inside the Walmart right next door and I'd rather go there.

My mom and I have been going to Grace nails since they opened in 2013 and every single experience has been great. Very friendly staff and our nails turn out exactly how we want them every time.
