Got a gel pedicure. Great price. Friendly and efficient staff, yet they take their time on details. Wonderful foot and calf muscle massage! Make sure to wear your stretchy pants so they can really get in there!

Such lovely staff and so accommodating. I called a day before with a desperate need for a pedicure and they made it happen. Thank you ❤

Worst nail salon ever. over priced. very bad customer service.

I had an awful day yesterday and so I thought I'd treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. First off, they were able to take me in on short notice. Second, I was 20 minutes late and they STILL took me in. Third, it was excellent service from start to finish. Fourth, they gave me support when I needed it most even though they don't even know me. They showed compassion and made me feel human again after a very emotionally draining day. I was an emotional wreck and they helped me get through it with my puffy eyes and all. Trish even let me use her own personal phone because my boyfriend smashed mine against the wall earlier that day 😔 . I sincerely appreciated the service I got and felt empowered, stronger, and beautiful after hanging out with those ladies. #girlpower I could go on and on but they honestly made my day so much better. Also, they are very talented. I will for sure be going back! Thank you so much Phoenix Nails! Trish and Pam especially!

Horrible job on the nails. I came in with specific colour and requirements and they could not or would not help to get desired results. They NADE me choose the colours and were so impatient as they had overbooked (that’s the way it looked). I spend $150 per month here and will take my business elsewhere! So disappointed
