I have never written a review in my life but I felt it was very necessary to do it this time. I had never been here before but saw the reviews seemed decent so I went. I had an new acrylic set of nails put on about a week ago. I have had acrylic nails done before and this was BY FAR my worst experience. When I first had them put on, the girl doing them took 2.5 hours to do my nails, she burned me with her tools numerous times, and she did not know how to do the french coloured tip I wanted so another girl had to do it for her (which took another half hour so I was there for 3 hours total) and overall the nails were bumpy and uneven. My nails lasted one week and two of them already easily fell right off. I called and made an appointment today for 2:45pm and requested to see someone else to fix them. I was told on the phone that I was booked in for 2:45pm to see another girl to have them fixed. When I arrived at 2:45pm, all three ladies had customers with them. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and then was asked by the owner if I could come back later in the evening because the girl I requested was busy. I explained that I could not come back later in the evening and that I already had an appointment booked. They ended up putting me with the original girl who did an awful job in the first place (she sits 3 chairs away from the cash register) and again....she did a HORRIBLE job. The nail base colour is different than all the rest and she did not use an electric tool ONCE on the nails she replaced so they are thick and uneven. Overall, my nails look terrible and all of the rest look like they are lifting and I'm sure will fall off soon as well. I highly recommend avoiding this salon. It was an overall terrible experience and a waste of time and money.

I have been coming to see Dian since I was 16 and I'm now 35! The service I have received over the years has been something I can rave about! I guess that's why I keep coming back. All the girls here are fabulous and pay great attention to my beauty needs! I can't say enough good things about beauty hour! You definitely won't be disappointed!

I was very impressed! It was my first visit here and I have visited other spas in Sherwood Park, but Beauty Hour had much better massage chairs and did a superior job on my feet. Prompt, quiet and great value, I will definitely visit again!

Honestly one of the best pedicure experiences I've ever had. All the staff are lovely and the pedicures look great. I also love that they have online booking. I will definitely be back.
