First service was absolutely awesome, felt cared for and spoiled. Second time even after booking an appointment we waited over 45 min in cold luke warm pedicure water. And then our pedicures were rushed because the next guests arrived. Asked for toe nails to be cut and was told it would happen. It never happened because he started working on somone else. I was pretty sad because after the first service I wanted this to be my regular place.
