I was seated between 2 people within 1 foot of each other despite the fact there was nobody else in and they have 12 spots. I soon realized this was so the girl could move to the next customer without getting up. As soon as she was done with the lady next to me she started on my nails WITHOUT washing or sanitizing her hands I would have got up and left save for the fact I had a gift card. I'd like to say she did a good job on my nails but I can't. There was a bubble in 2 of my nails. She gave me some lame excuse when i asked her about it. When I was done she moved to the next person AGAIN, not washing her hands. Gross! With the gift card I had she ended up with a $10 tip which she did not deserve at all. I've never had such a bad experience getting my nails done and I have been going for many years. The place just down the street from them is 5+ stars.

I came in to get a fill, and I had two nails break. So upon arrival I said I would like a whole new set. The gentleman at chair 4. Used another fake nail to rip off the previous the nails. He could tell it was extremely painful for me, yet he continued. This damaged my real nails and made them even more sensitive to the service. As he was ripping my old nails off, I kept flinching because it hurt. He finally got annoyed and said “you’re too sensitive”. He stopped, and did not continue to take off the old nails. Instead, he filed with his tool just so it was smooth and LEFT THE OLD NAIL HALF ON. (Gross. No sir, please soak them off, as I know this is an option) going back to the begging I said I wanted a new set of nails, my own nails are rather long, but they are weak. Always have been, so to have the length I want I need a fake tip put on to support them. So, now my nails before any tip put on he tried to put on the dip product. I corrected him and I said I needed the tip put on because my real nails are too weak. He got super upset, aggressively trimmed my nails, no care. Cut them extremely short so I felt it down under my nail bed. Then glued on fake tips, but because he did finish taking off the old fake nail, gluing the new ones on wasn’t working. So he just kept added more glue to the top. When he went to trim the length of the new fake nail down, all the corners came up, so only the center of the fake nil is attached. He proceeded to put dip on, without smoothing down or filing all the glue now sitting on top of the fake nail. He picked a color I didn’t like, so I asked for a more “nude” shade color. He didn’t even ask if I liked it. (Which I don’t) the new color he picked is not nude. It’s more pink/orange. He did not apply dip product evenly. Also when it came time to file everything at the end, he didn’t check the lengths again, so they’re not even. Products I’d half on my skin around my nail, did not take his time in the slightest. I was in and out within 40 minutes for entire new set of nails… not to mention two of the nails were not even glued on straight! What really tops the cake, when it came time to pay, I had no intention on tipping him. But don’t worry. He did that for himself. Over charged me $20. And when I mentioned something he said “no it’s our price” This was a HORRIBLE experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and this was the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. And now off to another salon to get my nails done properly for my bridal shower this weekend.

Was a great place to get a pedicure done! The massage was extremely relaxing! My nail art turned out exactly the way I wanted it! I would highly recommend!

This place used to be great but the last 2 pedis I have had here were terrible. Polish slopped all over my toes the first time and a rude, rough pedicurist. The second time I waited 24 minutes for my pedicure to start after I showed up on time with a friend (hers started on time). I didn't upgrade my pedi because at that point I didn't have time to and she spent literally 3 seconds on my heels and made them rougher than when I walked in. This place is going downhill big time.

Julie is the absolute best! I love my nails ever single time she does them! Perfect shape, not bumpy or thick.
