I’ve been a customer of SOAK for a while now, but never a customer who consistently went for services. I started to consistently go about 6 months before my wedding. At the first appointment I was paired with Isabel. She did a great job I requested her to be the manicurist each time. As we got closer to the wedding date we would “test” different looks I thought I wanted. Each time Isabel was open to my concern with slight changes. Once we finalized the look and color it was just perfecting the glitter placement. I recommend SOAK not only as a once in a while client but as a consistent client. I already have my next appointment booked!

Love SOAK! It's my second time there and I love the individual attention, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. I also love that I can unwind with an adult beverage while getting an amazing pedicure that lasts and lasts while looking as good as the day I got it. Thank you!

It seems to me that that team would be dressed and present more professionally. Also it seemed like a hectic morning. I’ll try again in case it was just a tough morning. The manicurist was very detailed. I was offered beverages and the receptionist/ hostess was attentive. I hope my next experience is more spa like as advertised

I've been a consistent and loyal customer for nearly 4 years and the techs I've had are fantastic (Janae and Taylor are the only reason I remained loyal to Soak for so long). Unfortunately, loyalty isn't necessarily rewarded. My appointment has been changed/cancelled three times in the past two years because they were trying to accommodate the schedule of a tech who either quit or called in sick. Mind you, the tech calling out or quitting was not the tech I'd booked an appointment with weeks earlier. Had it been, I would completely understand the need to change or cancel my appointment. There was even a case when they lied to me saying my tech had called out the day of my appointment so they needed to rebook me. only to find out when I texted her that I hoped she felt better, that she wasn't sick and was working that day. This kind of behavior is deceptive and I can no longer support a company that treats its customers like that.

Taylor was fantastic. She did a great job on my nails, was gentle and was super nice! When I go back I definitely want to schedule with her again
