Best nail salon within Edmonton!!! Friendliest staff members, neat and clean environment and they always offer free refreshments! Jesse is the sweetest person who never fails to impress me. I am a very picky individual but Jesse always satisfies my nails need. I’ve been coming to OMGNAILSPA since the day it opened and I’ve never regretted it. I always recommend family members and friends and they also have a great experience here! If your looking for a place to get a manicure/pedicure or just need a spa day I’d recommend you to come here!!

I went for acrylic nails today with my sister in law. I asked for short, natural look. The owner was doing my nails and she didn't understand my request first and assumed that I want shellac. She used old, dried nail paints and did multiple coats making my nails look like they had blobs on them. I requested her to make it thinner as they looked ugly. Rather than reducing the thickness she started filling my length down. Despite explaining multiple times she didn't understand me and started getting visibility upset. Her colleague who was doing my sis in law's tried to intervene but she started yelling at her. They called for a male staff member Jesse to intervene. He came and started telling me that I don't know what I want and I have to pay double if I need to get it done again. He was yelling at me so I told him that he is stressing me out. He went back to his seat and started taking to his customer about me. I asked her to just remove it. She yanked my hand and started buffing them with electric buffer aggressively to a point where she hurt my nails. I asked her to stop. I was ready to cry. Her colleague tried to intervene again but she started yelling at her too. She kept on grabbing my hand and tried to file again. I requested her to be gentle but she ignored me. I asked her if someone else can remove the nail paint and I will pay for it but she didn't listen. I asked her to stop and asked her colleague if she can do it for me. Her colleague agreed and was very gentle and apologized for her behavior. I was told to pay in full for service that was not done properly and the owner and male member never once apologized for her behavior. Use caution when visiting their salon and never go the owner lady as she has no idea what she is doing and her customer service is bad. The lady that did my sister in law's nails was very kind and professional. I forgot to even ask her name as I was eager to get out of the toxic environment. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone there treats you like a long time friend and is so kind, unlike a lot of other nail spas I’ve been to. They take their time to listen to you and ensure you’re completely satisfied before you walk out the door. I’ve also been getting my nails done pretty much all my life and this is the only place I’ve been to that my set will last for weeks on end without lifting or breaking! 100% recommend everything about this place!!

Love this nail salon! I have had 2 manicures (shellac over natural nails) and a pedicure. The techs are patient and meticulous. My nails look better than I expected and the colour is durable - I don't get chipping or peeling like I have at other salons. I love that the the manicure comes with a hand treatment and massage leaving my nails, cuticles and hands looking and feeling great.

I am so happy I found this place, clean and very professional staffs. The best place by far and I am super pleased with the result I get and will definitely be my regular goto place for now. Come see them you will never be disappointed. Love the deco and fresh flowers arrangement also!
