I really wanted to like this place. The service was good but the place was filthy. There were old nail clippings in the cup holder and leather creases of the pedicure chair was in. And the floors were covered in dirt and hair. It’s super obvious that surfaces are not being cleaned let alone sanitized. Also, they need to better train their employees on using heated towels and stones. The employee that gave my daughter pedicure was very careful with her hot towel and gentle with her. The employee that I had used hot stones on me and they were way too hot. And after I told her that, she kept using them. She was also super rough with me. Things as simple as removing my nail polish was painful.

Took me 3 hours at this place and I walked out with plain short white nails with a very bad finishing and top coat missing on half of them. I asked for floral designs but just too much taken on it. Rushing through and seating way to many people than they can handle.
