I go to this place often and have had decent experiences but my last experience was awful. I didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix it, but no one ever responded to my emails. There is one woman on staff that is very rude. I had her for a pedicure last week and could t walk for three days because of how beat up my feet were. I went to a doctor to see if I had an infection from the tools and I was advised that my feet were injured and suffered trauma from a pedicure. I also had to ask her three times to cut my nails shorter and still had to cut them when I came home. She got irritated with me when I moved and lectured me. She also didn’t listen to me when I asked questions. Will not go back. Avoid at all costs.

I brought my daughter and three nieces to get manicures. Both esthetician’s were patient and kind to each girl! They even were kind enough to add flowers to each girls manicure. The girls loved the experience. Thank you!

Last time I got my nails done the girl was rude. I did longer nails and asked her for tappered square. She continued to give me a shape I was not happy with. The nails were bulky and bumpy. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She told me that if I tell her that I don't like something she will cry..LOL. Anyways, they close at 7 and I was there till 8 getting my nails done and I appreciated she stayed late so I did not say much more about how I wanted her to fix my nails. I asked her before and she did not seem like she wanted to listen. She was aggressive and did not double check with me about the base colour on my nails either. So I was unhappy with the results. I went the next morning to explain that I was not happy and if she could just shape them nicer. She told me "I will not do it for you" and I insisted that she fix them. She did go back and try to fix them but she was really aggressive and if I asked her to change something she was unresponsive. When we were done she did not apologize for my inconvenience and did not say anything to me before I left. She sits in the middle at the salon and she WILL NOT BE HAPPY if you criticize her work. Sucks because this was my 4th time seeing her for my nails and you would think she would want to build lasting relationships with clients. Nope. They're okay for pedicures though!

This location is normally fairly clean. My last visit was less than ideal. I had an appointment made in advance and still had to wait. I was originally told to go sit in a chair that was dirty from their last client. I also got bounced between two employees as the first was double booked.

Every time I go here, I am impressed :) I've been to plenty of nail places in Edmonton, and this is by far the best one yet! I showed her an inspiration picture of what I wanted, and she made my nails even nicer than the picture. 10/10
