I have been a regular customer at Sugar Coat for over 3 years. By regular, I mean every 3-4 weeks, and even during the pandemic (when open). I have never frequented another nail salon. As a busy professional working mom, I schedule my appointments on the one night I am child free that week. I drive 30 minutes each way, because I have always valued local and they have always done a great job. Always. I recently had an experience where they were not able to complete my service as I was a few minutes late. Initially it was not handled well and I was pretty frustrated to say the least. However, both owners reached out to me to address the concern and apologize. It was heartfelt and sincere and an obvious representation of their customer focus. Being in a client relationship management role myself, I was impressed by their handling of this one-off experience and it certainly makes me reflect on my own relationship management style.

The sweetest ladies, its always such a pleasant experience and the nails are always so beautiful and last me till my next appointment. Beautiful hand drawn design. If I can give them 10 stars I would! Thank you sugar coat for making my nail longs and healthy

My experience at SugarCoat has been amazing! When I first moved to Calgary, I tried a couple different salons before finding them through a referral. I have always had phenomenal customer service, everyone there is super talented as designs, and it lasts (I find a lot of other places this isn’t the case). I always get compliments on my nails, and I always refer my friends to them. 10/10!!

I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Every nail tech is so talented and friendly and the prices are great. Love everything about this place and highly recommend.

I started coming to Sugarcoat when I moved from Ottawa. I had the same wonderful nail tech there for 5 years and was devastated to be leaving her, knowing i would have to find a new one, but on recommendation from a friend, I went to Sugarcoat and had an AMAZING experience. My nails always look fabulous and the girls can do any design you show them... often better than the original picture! Highly, highly recommend!
