Kathy did my wedding nails and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out 🤍 I shared my inspo with her and she brought it to life so beautifully. The design was soft, elegant, and full of delicate details like florals and subtle sparkle that matched my whole bridal look perfectly. You can really tell she pays attention to every little detail. They looked amazing not just in person but also in our wedding photos taken by our photographer. I kept catching myself admiring my hands all day and got so many compliments. Kathy was also very easy to work with, accommodating, and really listens to what you want while adding her own creative touch. I highly recommend her for any special occasion. I would definitely go back to her again 🤍

This was only my second time visiting, but I’m already really impressed! The staff are super accommodating and make you feel comfortable right away. I also love how my nails turned out, Kathy did such a great job. Plus, they work quickly without sacrificing quality. Definitely coming back again!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and the service just seems to be getting worse. I’ve stopped selecting who I want to do my nails during the booking process because the girls seem to switch out half way. This has happened more times than not. I get shellac nails and at my last appointment decided to give my nails a break and get regular polish. The polish was chipped and lifted by the next day. I thought I was done with this place. I decided to give them one more shot. Got a mani and pedi and again two different ladies, back and forth. They often do you mani while doing a pedi which would be okay but yanking your arm over, holding it up and then having to have the lamp on your lap is not very comfortable. Not to mention all the dust and nail file residue all in my lap. Today she cut my cuticle so deep it kept bleeding. Then my big toe was cut as well and bleeding. Again, not the first time. They are very aggressive even when I say to be careful. My nails were on the short side but she filled them so short that there is literally nothing left. I had to ask her twice to stop filling as they can’t get any shorter. They actually hurt! I’m so disappointed as I’m leaving on vacation and hate the way my nails look! I’m really done now, too many chances. I don’t think there is a lot of experienced staff. It’s unfortunate but I won’t be coming back. Their prices are high and inconsistent. I don’t mind paying but not for this inconsistent service, I will not be coming back.

Great service, clean salon, and beautiful results. My gel overlay lasted over 3 weeks with no issues. Will definitely return!

I've been a customer at Y Just Nails for the past three years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has noticeably declined over my last few visits. Today's experience started with a booking error. When I called, I requested a gel refill or, if time allowed, to have my nails removed and redone with a new color. However, when I arrived, I discovered my appointment had only been booked for a color change, which caused confusion from the start. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. I felt rushed throughout my appointment, yet it still took nearly two and a half hours to complete my nails. The long wait, combined with the lack of communication, made the experience frustrating rather than relaxing. To add to my disappointment, I wasn't offered or acknowledged the discount card that had previously been discussed, which made me feel like my loyalty as a long-time customer wasn't valued. After supporting this business for three years, I expected better communication, professionalism, and customer service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future clients have a better experience.
