Service is always consistently great! I especially like the powder nail polishes. Love the technicians, managers or owners. Stays for 2 weeks without chipping. Not to mention the salon is very clean and organized. Space is very big to have group events which is great. One of the nicest nail salons in YYC 👍

My friend found this place on Instagram and we were so excited to go because they have an amazing color selection that other salons don’t have. Unfortunately, this is our first and last time we will be coming here. When my friend called last week, she had mentioned that she booked sculpture nails, where the gel is built off of a form, not a plastic tip. We got to the salon and started choosing our colors, the receptionist was asking us the services we had booked. My friend then confirmed with him that she was getting the sculpture done, he looked at her as if he didn’t know what she was talking about. My friend explained to the receptionist what she had booked and ultimately he kept saying “I don’t know, ask the nail tech.” He seemed like he could not be bothered to answer her questions. Additionally, I’m sure he is the one she spoke with on the phone when she initially booked her service. Which means he should know what sculpting nails are since he confirmed the service over the phone. We sat down and got started, I was getting a fill and the lady had filed down my color. She then got started on my friend. I had to wait a while for the actual nail tech to get started with me. So it looks like there is not enough staff on hand to handle the appointments. My friend then confirmed with the lady if she was getting the sculpture done. She waved a nail tech over who told my friend that they do sculpture but they don’t post it on their website, that you have to call and book it, and that it takes longer and costs more money. My friend knew all of this, she called and asked for this service… the receptionist failed to book the correct service. The text message confirming her booking said UV Gel Full set. Since they don’t post sculpture on their website, I don’t know if UV Gel is what this salon specifically calls it or what. They kept telling my friend that it was the same etc etc. That doesn’t matter, she called and booked the service and that’s what she wanted. So that’s what she should receive. So my friend proceeded with the UV Gel full set with the plastic tips even though this is not the service she booked. During the service, my friend looked over at what I was getting done and asked her nail tech “this is UV Gel, right?” Since I was getting UV Gel as well. Her nail tech goes “oh, I didn’t ask. It’s powder.” So my friend didn’t even get the service that the receptionist booked for her. My friend doesn’t get extensions a lot, so she understandably was not familiar with the differences or the processes. That is besides the point though, it is the salons job to book the correct service. It is then the nail techs job to perform the correct service for the client . My friend is unsatisfied with her nails, she has now told me that all her fingers are burning. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Great service and awesome awesome vibe. So relaxing!! The salon is very spacious and there's nice smells rather than the toxins smells. Got gel polish done here and they lasted me for weeks!

Let's start off by saying my experience with them, was nothing short of amazing! The staff are wonderful and friendly. The salon is very clean. It was great to see them taking the current COVID protocols seriously. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely return!

I really wanted to like this place, but I cannot recommend it. I booked an appointment, but they seemed surprised when I arrived (even though I was in their system at checkout). Their team members who do nails were busy, so I got my toes painted kinda while I waited. Toes are good. Nails, on the other hand, are terrible. I’m leaving on a business trip in a couple days and needed nice, professional-looking nails. I asked for dip nails with a French manicure-look so they would be strong and last for my trip. One of the dip solutions seemed to be too thick, which my manicurist commented on, but they didn’t have any more of the product so used it anyways. They then painted gel on top of the dip, which I wasn’t expecting. When I left, I wasn’t pleased as the gel was bubbled, but after spending over 2.5 hours at the salon, I just wanted to leave. It’s now been just two days and my nails are totally trashed! And no, I haven’t done anything unusual that would cause damage. The gel is chipped and peeling. The dip underneath is also peeled away from my nail bed and chipping. They are awful and I have had to book in with ANOTHER nail salon to get them fixed, last minute before my trip. Don’t go here!
