I came in today for a full Brazilian wax and it was such a pleasant experience. Kristen helped me out, and was professional and friendly, and really did an amazing job. She was fast, thorough, and talked to me through the entire thing. The receptionist was very polite and kind as well. Thank you Frilly Lilly

I'm not sure how many stars I would give but I'll give 3 for now. This is my 2nd time getting a Brazilian Wax and I booked it with Mariya because I had a good experience for my first wax. And on my 2nd, I was not really impressed. When I had my first wax, it took about 30-35 mins, but with my 2nd it was only 10-15 minutes. It felt rushed, and I was not waxed thoroughly. I went home and checked how it was and I felt some hairs that were not waxed. I know it's normal for my skin to turn red after waxing, but mine was different. It was very red and painful. On my first time, she would let me know if she's waxing a big part, but on my 2nd time, she didn't. I don't even know how to describe how I felt when she removed a big one. After she waxed it she said, "that was a big one" which I replied "Yeah, I felt it." I recommended my friends getting a brazilian wax because of my first experience, and now I don't know if I should keep getting it since I'm not sure if they will treat me the same as my 2nd time.

Ask for Kristen! She is the absolute best! I went in for a wax and she was so kind, friendly, and funny! She's quick yet thorough, and hypes you up for the more painful spots. 10/10!
