We availed 1 hour massage and pedicure with my husband today. The staff was nice and I am okay with the service they provided. The only thing that I don't like. 1. Billing was not organized. I was told over the phone that they do direct billing for massage but they never asked me how I would like to arrange my payment and never mentioned direct billing until I mentioned it. And even I mentioned it they still hand over my bill Also, our receipt was not ready even though we spent 2 hours there. They said that they will email our receipt but they never did. I had to call them million times. 2. Massage. I clearly stated that I want my upper back and legs to get more massage. But what I got was more massage on my scalp and hair. I was full of oil after I finished the massaged coz some parts of my body was not wiped with warm towels to remove the oil. Massage is my guilty pleasure but in this case I didn't get the pleasure. I am not a happy customer. Yet I gave them $40.00 tip. Update: I went there again with my husband after 1year thinking things had changed. Unfortunately the problem was still the same except for the massage. The massage was great but I will never ever comeback there again. I would not recommend this place at all. Disorganized, restroom was dirty, and they tried to rush with your nails when there are clients waiting.

Always a pleasant experience. Not too many places in Calgary are offering powder dip colors for reasonable price. Nails are looking neat and they last long! Staff are extremely nice and making clients feel welcomed - complementary coffee, tea or water is offered during your appointment. Definitely one of the best nails salons in Calgary.

I have never been here before, so I called ahead and asked how much it would be for a new set- I was quoted $55.00. Not too terrible, pretty average price. My nails are bad! There are gaps between the cuticle and the acrylic. some of my nail tips are veering off into a curve. and when I went to go pay, the lady had stated they are long and that's an extra $5.00 charge...they are not long at all, so I looked at her and said that I wasn't paying for average sized nails. she then had attitude with me- took my money and said "BYE". lol as if she just got jipped. See photos below...my nails were not long AT ALL!! will not recommend and will never return

Have been getting my nails done at Lavish for almost a year now. Pricing is decent. Quality is great. No lifting or broken nails between fills. Very friendly staff.

First time getting my nails done here and honestly hated it. Took my niece today for a new set and had my nails filled. They were unable to do what I wanted which was a simple design, (one sparkle coated black), with the rest red. Booked more appointments than they had staff so we ended up spending over 2 hours here. My niece asked for a more complicated design, tried to deter us by stating they would be more expensive then usual, not an issue. Time is money. Then Proceeded to complain it was a complicated design. And on top of this the stations were super dirty, clearly are not cleaned in between, really disappointed with this experience. Do not recommend.
