I recently moved into the area so I’m looking for a new spot to get my nails done. As this was the closet spot, I went here first in hopes of finding my go-to nail spot. This will not be it. I got a shellac pedicure and regular manicure. My nails look worse than when I went in. My curticles are red, raw and three were bleeding. My toe nails hurt and the colour is patchy. They are unevenly cut and the overall experience was aggressive as the technician was too busy talking to their colleagues to pay attention to what they were doing. I will not be returning under any circumstances and recommend finding somewhere, anywhere else.

Went here for the first time in 2 years and was pretty disappointed by the service. Being 2 weeks from my babies due date I decided to go get a shellac mani and pedi. Overall experience was not awful but definitely didn't feel worth it and felt rushed/rough handled. The lady I had seemed to be rushing and just trying to get everything done as soon as possible. Very rough with any of the scrubs and massages. I brought in a photo of the nail design I wanted and felt like it fairly easy. Simple white leaf pattern with some sparkles near the tips on 4 of my finger nails and similar pattern on large toes. She never asked if I was satisfied with the end result and the sparkles made it look super cheap. Being that I paid almost $100 I won't be coming back here anymore. I know my nails are short compared to the model picture but I feel you can clearly see the sparkles don't look good so I would have appreciated if she had asked me how I felt about it. My appointment was also 30 mins late. Not a big deal had I still had a good experience. Wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to be pampered.

It was okay, and they did a good job, however they only spoke to eachother in their language and wouldn't speak to myself or my friend. That's fine if you don't want to talk to me but speaking to someone in a different language is rude.

Not recommended if you're looking for a new set - I arrived for my appointment to have the set placed and then had to wait 15 minutes until the technician arrived - it would have been a better customer experience if they had told me in advance of the situation versus leaving me sit there with no options. The nails themselves are the worst application I've ever had in 30 years, I won't return.

Always great! If you’re looking for a good nail place, I recommend
