The ladies come here took us in right away as a walk in and the service was super. My two daughters and I got pedicures done and they turned out beautiful. The price was also something to shine about. We will definitely be coming back here!

My nails turned out very well, and no polish got onto my skin or cuticles. But the rest of the service was very rushed. The lady i worked with pushed my cuticles too far back, and cut them way too close to my skin. On one of my fingers, my cuticle is very sore. And i was hoping to have had a better hand and arm massage than the one i was given. Personally i think that the massage is the most relaxing part of the manicure, and i was a little disappointed. I just wish that she could have spent more time and attention overall, but i also understand that in a busy shop like yours, you need to be quick and efficient. I think i would be willing to try this service again, since i was happy with my nails but like i said, the rest of the service isnt as good.

Called Monday mid morning and they got me in within 20 mins! That was great but the lady doing my nails wouldn’t stop saying how short my nails were. I just got a Basic shellac, they chipped the very next day. Not happy

The worse nail place I ever went. Very rude owner and staff. I went to this place yesterday at 4:30 and asked if they could do pedicure. They accepted me right away. I explained from the minute I entered that I only want pedicure and nail polish (no shellac). When the girl started to work on my nails, she said for us to be able to finish your work and go home at 5pm, you need to do shellac. I explained that my doctor told me not to put shellac on my fragile nails. Then another lady came and re-stated that the regular nail polish is not going to dry up and we need to go home at 5pm. I repeated my self that I DO NOT WANT SHELLAC. the supervisor then came to me and told me that if you want regular color, you should buy the used old flip flop they have to be able to walk with it outside. I told her that I will not buy those used flip flops. The girl who was helping me then told me that she would just skip the foot massage step and put color on my nails. I agreed for this and she did the same. I waited under the fan for a while for my nail to dry up and then the fan was off. When I removed my foot out of the fan, I found an spot on the toe nail color (Needed re-do). So, I asked the girl to help me out (still 15 min were left to closing time at 5pm). The front desk guy came to me and started arguing that why did you came and asked for regular nail polish. I told him that I only asked for regular color and not shellac and staff just persisting on doing that. He then screamed on me and said "OK JUST LEAVE, WE DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY" I told him that this is a very unprofessional behavior and if they did not have time, why they accept clients then? they could simply say NO instead of accepting and then being rude to the person. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. VERY RUDE STAFF. THEY GUY NEEDTO LEARN HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT PEOPLE AND DO NOT THINK ABOUT MONEY ONLY WHEN ACCEPTING PEOPLE. JUST SEE IF YOU HAVE TIME AND DO NOT ACCPET IF YOU DONT. THAT Easy dude
