I had a Mani Pedi with Helen and a nail fix (I had to tell her to use the white powder even though she told me she's worked there for 10 years) when I went home and put my glasses on the polish on my nails was awful. I called the next and talked to Tommi who was super nice and told me that Tina would redo.she never said a word but she was talking to Helen in their language and I knew they were talking about me, anyway Tina redid my polish never said a word no apology at all. The job was just as bad and my polish lasted2 days. I will never go back and I would never recommend them. The worst I gave ever had.

Customer service was terrible. We called and made an appointment and I had to wait 30min before my pedicure started, because my girl took a walk-in facial waxing. My fiancée had to wait 45min for his pedicure to start. There was another walk-in during my pedicure and my girl left my feet for an eyebrow wax. Ended up being there for 80min and my actual pedicure was 30 and my fiancée’s was 20min. Don’t go here unless you are happy to wait all day for a sub-par service. We won’t ever go back.
