Went here because of the great reviews, however, was quite dissatisfied with the attitudes of one of the female staffs here. My friend and I made suggestions on what we wanted for the shape and the French tip, and were told "that's just because your nail shape is like that," but it was clear that they had sand the sides down too narrowly. And later we were told "next time go somewhere else, because we are not skilled enough for you. So just don't come back ok?" If you're looking to get your nails done based on how these staff think they should be done, then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, it's probably best to go to a different place with actual skilled and professional workers who are willing to cooperate with their customers.

Absolutely in love with my nails and loved the tech! She was constantly making sure I was happy with the shape and made any adjustments I asked for. Extremely kind and welcoming, and I appreciated the conversation. Will definitely be coming back!

Great job, my first time in years. Needed nails for my costume, plus had to be able to do my trades jobs safely the following week as well. Despite the challenge, the ladies did a great job, found the happy medium between long and functional and nailed the vamp devilish vibe I wanted. ❤️

I usually don’t write a review specially if I’m unhappy with the service. However, I’d like to point out some unfortunate customer treatment that I witnessed here. First of all, the technicians are very much skilled, and know their stuff. The store is very clean and also there’s variety of colors you can choose from, all good on that side. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the outcome. They’re one of the bests in nail business. The only problem is, if you make small suggestions as for the nail shape, they would not like it and will refuse to give you service as this makes them feel nervous and uncomfortable. All this aside, last time I was told by one of the girls that they do not care about the reviews on Google as they think “if you don’t like us, then don’t come back.” It is what it is. So I’m not writing this for the salon but for any future customer; if you do care about a good customer service, respectful environment and satisfaction with any service (after all you pay for it) you won’t be happy with the service. But if you don’t care about these and just want to get your nails done for sure give it a try. They are skilled and know their stuff. :)
