My experience at First Hand with Tracy & Angela was wonderful. Their knowledge, experience, chosen product lines for one’s natural nail is quite literally the best! They are incredibly patient with new clients, after having had extensions with acrylic for over five year’s. My nail plates had significant damage from different products, shops, nail technicians etc. Just look at the difference.

FIrst time visit to First Hand, had my nails done by Tracy. She did a great job! The visit was so relaxing and enjoyable, my nails look beautiful. I will definitely come back!

They were very nice and easy to talk to. My mom has never gotten her nails done and told the woman doing her nails. The woman showed her 4 neutral colors and my mom picked what she liked best. My color was "funny bunny". I wish it was more opaque and more flat (it has some depth with blue sparkles you can barely see, really, you can't see the sparkles unless it is in direct light and you really look), but I didnt ask for any changes, I was still happy with it. I will go here again.

Michelle is excellent. The other manicurists seem very good as well. All are friendly and professional. Be sure to call for an appointment, though! They are often booked for the day.
